Protected Areas and Protected Places Act
(Chapter 256)
Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 3rd April 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (9) in the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 15) is deleted.
