Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places
and Parking Spaces) (Amendment) Rules 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Parking Places Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places and Parking Spaces) (Amendment) Rules 2017 and come into operation on 8 May 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part VI of the Schedule to the Parking Places (Provision of Parking Places and Parking Spaces) Rules (R 5) is amended by deleting the words “Part 23” in items (35), (41) and (42) and substituting in each case the words “Part 24”.
