Animals and Birds (Live Fish)
(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 80 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Animals and Birds (Live Fish) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Animals and Birds (Live Fish) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 27/2011) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “the Authority at http://www.ava.gov.sg” in paragraph (1) and substituting the words “the Board at https://www.nparks.gov.sg/avs”; and
(b)	by deleting “www.ava.gov.sg” in paragraph (3) and substituting “https://www.nparks.gov.sg/avs”.
