Newspaper and Printing Presses
(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment No. 3) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Communications and Information hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 10th April 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 79, the following items:

“80.	The Daily NNA — Automotive Edition

NNA Singapore Pte Ltd

81.	The Daily NNA — Electronics & IT Edition

NNA Singapore Pte Ltd

82.	The Daily NNA — Food & Medicine Edition

NNA Singapore Pte Ltd”.
