Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry
and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment No. 2)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure, and Rates) Notification 2012 (G.N. No. S 627/2012) is amended by deleting item 11 of Division 1.
