| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 6 April 2020. |
| Amendment of First Schedule |
| 2. Item 2 of Part A of the First Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Commissioner of Police” in the second column and substituting the words “Senior Director, Gambling Regulatory Unit, Ministry of Home Affairs”. |
