Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) (Amendment) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 25th April 2008.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification (N 6, 2008 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after Part 42, the following Part:
“THE SCHEDULE
Woodgrove Housing Estate
Ashwood Grove.
Beechwood Grove.
Cedarwood Grove.
Oakwood Grove.
Pinewood Grove.
Woodgrove Avenue.
Woodgrove View.
Woodgrove Walk.”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Restriction of Speed on Roads) Notification is amended by deleting the item relating to “Brickland Road” and substituting the following item:
“Brickland Road — that part of Brickland Road from Sungei Tengah Road to Bukit Batok Road.”.
