Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms)
(Amendment) Rules 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Fisheries Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Miscellaneous amendments
2.  The Fisheries (Fish Culture Farms) Rules (R 7) are amended by deleting the word “Director” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Director‑General”:

 Rule 4(2), (3) and (4)
 Rule 6
 Rule 7
 Rule 8
 Rule 10(1), (2), (3) and (5)
 Rule 11
 Paragraphs 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 of the Schedule.
