Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013
(Commencement) Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013, Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards the Monetary Authority of Singapore, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Notification 2013.
2.  The Insurance (Amendment) Act 2013 shall, with the exception of section 65(a) and (b), come into operation on 18th April 2013.
