Arms and Explosives Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Arms and Explosives Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 25th May 2009.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Arms and Explosives Act is amended by deleting the words “0.1% by mass” in the Fourth column relating to the item “2,3-Dimethy1-2,3-dinitrobutane (DMNB)” and substituting the words “1.0% by mass”.
