(Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances)
(Amendment) Regulations 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(1) of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 and are deemed to have come into operation on 1 May 2017.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Medicines (Export Licence for Psychotropic Substances) Regulations (Rg 9) is amended by deleting the word “Amfepramone”.
