Sale of Food (Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) of the Sale of Food Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Sale of Food (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Sale of Food (Fees) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “Agri‑Food and Veterinary Authority” and substituting the word “Agency”.
