Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
(Practice, Conduct and Ethics)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(4) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Practice, Conduct and Ethics) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Practice, Conduct and Ethics) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph:
(2)  Without limiting paragraph (1), a registered person must comply with the following:
(a)all standards of professional conduct and ethics determined by the Board;
(b)all pronouncements on professional matters issued by the Board.”.
Amendment of regulation 7
3.  Regulation 7 of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Practice, Conduct and Ethics) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Investigation of Complaints) Regulations (Rg 4)” and substituting the words “Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Disciplinary Proceedings) Regulations 2020 (G.N. No. S 226/2020)”.
