Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees)
(Amendment) Rules 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 459/2006) is amended by deleting the words “Director‑General, Agri‑Food and Veterinary Services” and substituting the word “Agency”.
