(Exemption) (No. 2)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2012

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Fortune Dragons in Mercedes Contest” to be held from 23rd January 2012 to 29th January 2012 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 31st January 2012 at 3 p.m. at the Auditorium (Grandstand Level 2) of the Singapore Racecourse.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
