Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Fees (Singapore Civil Defence Force) Order (O 30) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item (5) and substituting the following item:

“

(5)	Ambulance report

$50 per copy of report.

”;

(b)

by deleting “$145” in the second column of item (6) and substituting “$165”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item (8), the following item:

“

(9)	Search fee

$25.

”.
