(Exemption)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Remote Gambling (Exemption) Order 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Singapore Turf Club is exempt from sections 10, 11, 15 and 17 of the Act in respect of the “Vote for Your Favourite Turf Belle” promotion to be held from 23 April 2015 to 11 May 2015 (both dates inclusive) on the website known as Singapore Turf Club Facebook Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/SGTurfClub.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
