Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
(Composition of Offences)
Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.
Compoundable offences
2.  The following offences may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 34A of the Act:
(a)an offence under section 12(4) of the Act;
(b)an offence under regulation 12(7) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians and Acupuncturists) Regulations (Rg 5);
(c)an offence under regulation 6(7) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Register and Practising Certificates) Regulations (Rg 2).
Revocation
3.  The Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 29/2005) are revoked.
