(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2)
Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 102 and 107 of the Parliamentary Elections Act, the Prime Minister makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Parliamentary Elections Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Parliamentary Elections Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting Form 2;

(b)

by deleting the words “in cash or in the form of a bank draft or a certified cheque for the amount” in Form 8;

(c)

by deleting Forms 12 and substituting the following Forms:

”; and

(d)

by deleting Forms 13 to 16 and substituting the following Forms:
