Foreign Limitation Periods Act
(Commencement) Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Foreign Limitation Periods Act 2012, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Foreign Limitation Periods Act (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Foreign Limitation Periods Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st June 2012.
