Organised Crime Act 2015 (Commencement)
Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Organised Crime Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Organised Crime Act 2015 (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  The Organised Crime Act 2015 comes into operation on 1 June 2016.
