Public Utilities (Reservoirs and Catchment Areas) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Reservoirs and Catchment Areas) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 20th April 2010.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Public Utilities (Reservoirs and Catchment Areas) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 401/2006) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the Location “Marina Reservoir (State Foreshore at Marina South/Marina East)”, the following Locations and their descriptions:
