(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109(2) of the Parliamentary Elections Act, the Prime Minister makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Parliamentary Elections (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 1 April 2019.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Parliamentary Elections (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 233/2006) is amended by deleting paragraph (da).
