Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Termination of Pregnancy Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Termination of Pregnancy (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 16th May 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Termination of Pregnancy Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting Form VI and substituting the following Form:
