| 1. This Notification is the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020. |
| 2. The Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020, except sections 2(a), (b), (f), (i) and (m), 5, 6, 7, 8, 22(a), (b), (c), (e) and (f), 23, 25 and 28(3), comes into operation on 3 April 2020. |
