Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020
(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  The Active Mobility (Amendment) Act 2020, except sections 2(a), (b), (f), (i) and (m), 5, 6, 7, 8, 22(a), (b), (c), (e) and (f), 23, 25 and 28(3), comes into operation on 3 April 2020.
