(Exemption) (No. 3)
Notification 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. These Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2012.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “RWS CNY 2012 — Spend for Charity” promotion to be held from 23rd January 2012 to 6th February 2012 (both dates inclusive) and comprising the following draws to be held at Basement 1 of the Resorts World Sentosa Forum:

(a)	the “Daily Draws” to be held from 23rd January 2012 to 5th February 2012 (both dates inclusive) at 6.08 p.m. daily; and
(b)	the “Grand Draw” on 6th February 2012 at 8.08 p.m.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
