Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2017, except section 12, comes into operation on 15 January 2018.
3.  Section 12 of the Professional Engineers (Amendment) Act 2017 comes into operation on 16 July 2018.
