Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Section 30 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 comes into operation on 1 May 2018.
