Parking Places (Amendment) Act 2018
(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Parking Places (Amendment) Act 2018, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Parking Places (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  The Parking Places (Amendment) Act 2018, except sections 2, 3(b), 4, 5, 6, 11(c), (e) and (k), 14, 17, 19(a), (b) and (c) and 23(1), (2), (3), (4) and (6), comes into operation on 1 May 2018.
3.  Sections 2, 3(b), 4, 5, 6, 11(c), (e) and (k), 14, 17, 19(a), (b) and (c) and 23(1), (2), (3), (4) and (6) of the Parking Places (Amendment) Act 2018 come into operation on 8 May 2018.
