(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2017.

2. Sections 22 to 34, 40, 41, 43, 45, 49, 50, 53(3) and (6) and 54 of the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 come into operation on 23 May 2017.
