Energy Conservation Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Energy Conservation Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Energy Conservation Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. The following provisions of the Energy Conservation Act 2012 shall come into operation on 22nd April 2013:

(a)	Divisions 2 and 3 of Part III; and
(b)	sections 64 to 67, 74, 77, 78 and 79.
