Customs (Duties) (Exemption)
(Amendment No. 2) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 18 February 2019.
Deletion of paragraph 4
2.  Paragraph 4 of the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) Order (O 5) is deleted.
