Customs (Exemption from
Motor Vehicles Special Tax)
(Revocation) Order 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Customs (Exemption from Motor Vehicles Special Tax) (Revocation) Order 2019 and is deemed to have come into operation on 18 February 2019.
Revocation
2.  The Customs (Exemption from Motor Vehicles Special Tax) Order (O 2) is revoked.
Made on 29 March 2019.
