Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2010 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2010.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2007 (G.N. No. S 738/2007) is amended —
(a)by deleting Part 1 and substituting the following Part:
