Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2004.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (4) relating to ANA Hotel, with effect from 31st March 2004; and
(b)	by deleting the words “Century Roxy Park Hotel Singapore” in item (10) and substituting the words “Grand Mercure Roxy Hotel”, with effect from 1st April 2004. [G.N. Nos.
