(Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Certificate of Clearance) (Amendment) Order 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Certificate of Clearance) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 623/2010) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$45” in sub‑paragraph (1) and substituting “$55”; and
(b)	by deleting “$20” in sub‑paragraph (2) and substituting “$25”.
