(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 June 2016.
Amendment of Part I of First Schedule
2.  Division 2 of Part I of the First Schedule to the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 6 relating to the country “Australia”, the following item:
6A.

”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 8 relating to the country “Australia”, the following items:
