Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Riches in Ruby” promotion to be held from 7th May 2010 to 29th May 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the hourly lucky draws to be held at the Ruby Room on Level 2 of the Marina Bay Sands on Fridays and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the said period.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 3rd May 2010.
