Infectious Diseases (Human Remains from
Tsunami-Affected Areas) (Exemption)
(Revocation) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Infectious Diseases (Human Remains from Tsunami-Affected Areas) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 June 2016.

Revocation

2. The Infectious Diseases (Human Remains from Tsunami-Affected Areas) (Exemption) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 38/2005) is revoked.
