Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D (1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 1999.
(2)  Paragraphs 3 (b) and 4 of this Order shall come into operation on 1st June 1999.
(3)  Paragraphs 2, 3 (a) and 5 of this Order shall come into operation on 8th June 1999.
Amendment of item 1 of Schedule
2.  Item 1 of the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended by deleting the name “Mr Ngiam Tong Dow” in the 3rd column.
Amendment of item 2 of Schedule
3.  Item 2 of the Schedule to the principal Order is amended —
(a)by deleting the name “Mr Ngiam Tong Dow” in the 3rd column; and
(b)by deleting the name “Mr Teo Ming Kian” in the 3rd column and substituting the name “Mr Alan Chan Heng Loon”.
Amendment of item 4 of Schedule
4.  Item 4 of the Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the 3rd column.
Amendment of Item 6 in Schedule
5.  Item 6 of the Schedule to the principal Order is amended by deleting the name “Mr Lim Siong Guan” in the 3rd column.
