Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences)
(Amendment) Rules 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) (Amendment) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 June 2016.

Amendment of rule 17

2. Rule 17(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) Rules (R 27) is amended by deleting “$26” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting “$33”.
