Infectious Diseases
(Quarantine) (Amendment)
Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act 1976, the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 2 May 2023.
Amendment of regulation 34
2.  In the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) Regulations (Rg 1) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations), in regulation 34(1), replace “in the Fifth Schedule” with “at the Agency’s website at https://www.nea.gov.sg”.
Amendment of regulation 35
3.  In the principal Regulations, in regulation 35, replace “in the Fifth Schedule” with “at the Agency’s website at https://www.nea.gov.sg”.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
4.  In the principal Regulations, in the Fifth Schedule, delete Form F.
