(Exemption) (No. 24)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 24) Notification 2017.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Lottery Wednesday” promotion to be held from 30 May 2017 to 15 July 2017 (both dates inclusive);
(b)	the “Weekly Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM(Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 9 p.m. every Wednesday from 7 June 2017 to 12 July 2017 (both dates inclusive); and
(c)	the “Grand Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Royale Bar^TM(Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 10 p.m. on 15 July 2017.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
