(Exemption) (No. 21)
Notification 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2013.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Dumpling Festival Promotion 2013” to be held from 25th April 2013 to 12th June 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 12th June 2013 at 8 p.m. at the Casino Royale Bar at Resorts World at Sentosa.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
