People’s Association Act
(Amendment of Schedule)
Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(5)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the People’s Association Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 26 May 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 26, the following item:

“26A.

Pets Enterprises & Traders Association, Singapore (PETAS)”;

(b)

by deleting item 29 and substituting the following item:

“29.	St John Singapore”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 36, the following item:

“36A.

Singapore Chefs Association”; and

(d)

by deleting item 59 and substituting the following item:

“59.	The Singapore Scout Association”.
