Patents (Convention Countries)
(Amendment) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 89(1) of the Patents Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Patents (Convention Countries) (Amendment) Order 1998.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Patents (Convention Countries) Order (O1) is amended by inserting, immediately below the words “Democratic People’s Republic of Korea”, the words “Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe”, with effect from 12th May 1998.
