Registration of Criminals Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Registration of Criminals Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 June 2016.

Amendment of Part II of First Schedule

2. Part II of the First Schedule to the Registration of Criminals Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the item relating to “Official Secrets Act”, the following item:

“

Organised Crime Act 2015

Sections 5(1), 6(1), (2) and (4), 7(1) and (2), 8(1) and (2), 9(1) and (2), 10(1) and (2), 11(3), 12(1) and (2), 26(3) and (5), 39(5), 44(1), 73(12) and 74(2).
