(Exemption) (No. 17)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 17) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Nee Soon Group Representation Constituency (GRC) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Connecting To The Website Neesoon.Org” event to be held from 27th May 2011 to 28th May 2011 and the draw on 29th May 2011 at Chong Pang Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Nee Soon GRC with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 27th May 2011.
