Central Provident Fund
(Amendment) Rules 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2012.

Amendment of rule 19

2. Rule 19 of the Central Provident Fund Rules (R 3) is amended by deleting paragraph (1).
