Rapid Transit Systems (Fees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(2) of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information Technology, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 13th June 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$15” in the second column of item (2) and substituting “$20”; and

(b)

by deleting item (4) and substituting the following items:

“

(4) For the supply of a monochromatic copy of a document without attached plan

$1 for each page or part thereof.

(5) For the supply of a coloured print copy of, or extract from, any document without attached plan

$3 for each page or part thereof.
